DESIGN
 has a full staff of design professionals skilled in the craft of moldmaking. These professionals
use state of the art equipment to complete design work quickly
and efficiently on 10 available workstations dedicated to design.
This in-house capability allows us to incorporate revisions concurrently
if needed, and look for any manufacturing limitation in part design before
it becomes a manufacturing problem. Design by starting with the
end in mind comes first.
Reverse engineering is made
possible with our Renishaw Cyclone digitizing systems and a staff
with the experience to turn digitized data into useful CAD design
elements. Data collected with this tool can be used for direct
cut models, cut reversed or mirrored geometry, as well as for
CAD development.
